Student Paramedic UK is the first UK site that provides information, resources, fundraising events, forums, graduations, promotions and just about all aspects of pre-hospital care to UK Students and anyone thinking about a career as a Paramedic.
Paramedic UK is now 10 years old and is a website for registered Paramedics, but what about Paramedic Students, who are not Paramedics yet? They are in the middle ground; they are neither a Paramedic nor a graduate, but they are the future of our profession. Students are on their way to a dual award, one a degree, and one of state registration. They of course have all the support from their academic establishments, whilst they are there. But there is no official website that represents them.

The site was developed in 2009 by myself Jason Kelly Fdsc and a state registered Paramedic .

I myself was a student of Coventry University, where I completed my degree in 2008. The University experience was very positive, and one that I shall cherish. The lecturers always inspired us to try and be involved in driving our profession forward. In one respect, their vision came true with the creation of this site.

Student Paramedic UK is a non profit organisation, and any profits we make are donated. We are looking for people to arrange Fundraising events - your help would be sincerely appreciated! Click here to get involved. The money received is then donated to the British Heart Foundation. We offer a donation submission system on our site also and funds go to the BHF click here.

The site is not constructed for profit but the cost of running and hosting it is not cheap. If you would like to donate to the site you can click here. Anyone donating will be credited on the site, and a statement of what area of the site your money is spent will be emailed to you.

We encourage everyone to get involved:  Ambulance staff, Emergency services, Volunteers, First aiders, Community first responders, or interested members of the public. So if you have something to say, we are your voice!

The Logo of this site is the official logo for us and was designed by Jason Kelly such images remain the sole property of this site and prohibited for distribution. Articles are published by staff, and belong to Student Paramedic UK. However News is taken primarily across the UK, and if it is relevant then global news is published also. You will note there is always a back link to the original Authors work.
